Both models require a suitable property and an individual agreement. No general promise of occupancy, return or guaranteed rent is made.

Which properties are of interest?
Our acquisition focus is buildings and several units in Vienna’s first district. An existing accommodation business may also be relevant. Suitability depends on the property, permitted use and operating economics.
Can every apartment be used for short stays?
No. Zoning, permitted use, approvals and necessary owner consents must be checked for the specific property. An enquiry does not establish that tourist letting is permitted.
Who pays for furnishing, cleaning and maintenance?
This depends on the model and your individual agreement. We define the cost allocation and responsibilities before taking over.
What happens to existing bookings?
Existing reservations, guest obligations and access arrangements must be disclosed and agreed as part of the handover. They are not automatically transferred.
What are the fees, rent and contract terms?
We develop terms after reviewing the property and scope of operations. Rent, remuneration, deposits, duration and termination are agreed individually.
